We are coming up on the end of the club season, and that means the PFLI Leonard Victor (LV) Competition is also rapidly approaching… Dick Hunt has sent along the following information regarding this year’s competition, including a list of LV eligible images for our club.

Instructions from Dick Hunt – PFLI Digital Chairperson (Summarized):
Members, please check your email for the Nassau’s list of eligible images for the Leonard Victor Competition which, as of now, will be held with remote judging with no prints. As last year, you are permitted 2 entries from each group… 2 creative and 2 digital.
The LV digital categories are:
· Animals
· Plants
· Scenic
· People / Photo Journalism (PJ)
· Open
Creative – Creative images must be entered into the creative category.
The entry deadline is June 10.
Plaques will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each of the groups provided there are at least 11 entries in that group. If there are 8, 9 or 10 then only a first and second will be awarded. If there are only 5, 6 or 7 then only a first. If there are less than 5 entries in a group the images will all be placed in Open.
Plaques will also be awarded for the best “A” digital, the best “B” digital and the best overall digital.
Dick
